Refund and Returns Policy

Because many Gunsmith Bros products are precision parts and may be destination-sensitive, returns must be approved before goods are sent back. Please contact us with the order number, SKU, photos, and a clear issue description.

Approved returns must be unused, unmodified, and returned in suitable packaging unless the issue is confirmed as a product defect. Custom, modified, special-order, or compliance-rejected items may not be returnable unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Refunds, replacements, store credit, or repair handling will be assessed after review. Shipping costs, banking charges, customs fees, and third-party handling charges may be excluded unless Gunsmith Bros confirms otherwise.
